That's an impossible question to answer because it is different for everyone. But this is my utopia.
"Annaopolis"
Those that have the privilege to live in Annaopolis are lucky. Here there is only the best of the best.Here the children are happy to be learning, but that is not to say they hate having fun. Children are adults in the respect they know when to be serious. There are no slacker kids in schools or kids that try too hard because everyone is nearly the same. The kids are responsible for knowing when they need to be attentive and when they can goof off. Each kid sits in class and pays attention to what their teacher has to say, but when the bell rings they are out the door ready to have a good time. When they are young the sprint to recess. They line up like the good children they are waiting or athletic balls to play with on the black top or in the field or go straight for the play ground. As they get older they realize how much the time between classes is important. In the few minutes they socialize. But the best class of all is the music classes. There is a place for everyone and everyone has a place. Whether you are new to music or an expert you will have a great time. With multiple teacher for multiple skill levels no one feels cheated or too challenged.
The food is also the best. With such a hard choice, taste over health, there is no problem in Annaopolis. You can have both. We have made a food substitute that makes healthy food that tastes like the most delicious sweet and savory foods you've tried. Each meal has the exact victims and minerals you need to be the healthiest person you can be. But that doesn't mean everyone is a model. There are still people that choose to no exercise.
People like this help fuel the society. They are the people that achieve everything, but at a different rate. They create competition in the people. Like businesses in the real world there are no monopolies, but here it isn't on people too. Having people that are less intelligent or athletic it makes the people that want to be work harder and in turn make the achievers work hard to keep their spot. Its a vicious cycle that works no matter where you put it. If there is competition people will work harder.

Clearly my hold society isn't just about education, food, and competition, but there are just a few things that make Annaopolis the best place to live in the future.
